NST primarily uses UltraViewer for Windows remote-support sessions. Download it from the official UltraViewer website, open the application, and keep the ID and Password on screen until we ask for them.
UltraViewer lets NST see and control your computer during an active support session, making it possible to diagnose and resolve many issues without waiting for an on-site visit.
